What is your returns/ refund policy?

Due to the fact that we only ship out freshly made reagents, we cannot accept any returns as we cannot ensure how the reagents have been stored after we ship them out, and thus we must destroy all returns.

If there is an error made on our behalf a refund will be made available to the buyer.

If your order shows delivery we WILL NOT refund your package. We can discuss a possible reshipment on a case-to-case basis.

Express shipping is the only form of shipping that is guaranteed by our shipping carrier, and thus it is the only form of shipping we can provide refunds for.















We are currently moving our business operations and because of that we are temporarily out of our ID cards.

All orders place at this time will be fulfilled with virtual ID cards(please email us for these), thank you for your understanding. We will have physical ID cards in stock shortly
